TradesPath is a live seminar marketplace. We connect professionals who want to share their career expertise ("Providers") with individuals seeking career guidance ("Attendees"). All seminars are conducted live via video conferencing and are recorded for on-demand access.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register as a provider, purchase a seminar, or contact us, we may collect:

Full name and email address
Professional background, field of expertise, and biography (providers only)
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. TradesPath does not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
Bank account and tax information for payout purposes (providers only) — collected and stored by Stripe
Seminar submissions including title, description, date, time, and pricing
Communications you send to us via email or contact forms

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use our platform, we may automatically collect:

Pages visited and time spent on pages
Device information and operating system
Referring URLs

Stripe — payment processing and provider payouts. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to information collected during payment processing.
Zoom — live seminar video conferencing and recording. Zoom's Privacy Policy applies to information collected during video sessions.
Luma — event registration and attendee management.
Tally — provider application and seminar submission forms.
Brevo — transactional email delivery.
Google Drive — recording storage.

3. Recording Notice and Consent

All TradesPath live seminars are recorded. By registering for and attending a live seminar, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

TradesPath records all live seminars hosted on the platform. Recordings serve the following purposes:

On-demand replay for attendees who missed the live session
Recording catalog available for individual purchase
Access for institutional contract holders
Quality assurance and platform improvement

Recordings are stored securely in Google Drive and are only made accessible through secure, time-limited links provided to authorized purchasers or institutional access holders. Recordings are not made publicly available without authorization.

Providers are notified of the recording policy during the application process and must agree to recording as a condition of becoming a TradesPath provider. Revenue from recording sales is distributed to providers in accordance with their provider tier agreement.

4. How We Use Your Information

TradesPath uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

5. How We Share Your Information

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by TradesPath and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.2 Providers and Attendees

When you register for a seminar, your email address may be used to send you a Zoom link and confirmation email. Provider names are displayed on seminar listings visible to attendees. Attendee personal details are not shared with providers beyond what is necessary to operate the seminar.

5.3 Institutional Contracts

If your access to TradesPath is provided through an institutional contract, your institution may receive aggregate usage data — such as total seminars attended and recordings accessed — for reporting purposes. Individual personal details are not shared with institutions.

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a court order or government request.

5.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on our website.

6. Payment Information

TradesPath does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or bank account information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

When you make a payment on TradesPath, you are providing your payment information directly to Stripe, our payment processing partner. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. TradesPath receives only a transaction confirmation and the amount paid — not your full payment details.

Providers who receive payouts through TradesPath connect their bank accounts directly through Stripe Express. TradesPath facilitates the transfer but does not store or have access to provider bank account information.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
